Payment processing: exact per payment, payment method named (EEA card, Klarna, …)

Payment processing is an estimate (as of 26/09/2026, EEA card). Klarna, international cards and other payment methods differ; your statement shows the exact amount per payment. feyer adds nothing on top. Calculated per ticket: if you sell several tickets in one order, the fixed part of payment processing applies only once, and you keep more. VAT as for a business based in Austria (20%). With a VAT ID elsewhere in the EU, none applies.

When does the money arrive?

This is the real difference between the two routes, and we would rather say it plainly than have you find it in the small print.

With the feyer account we collect the money for you and hold it until after the event, after that we usually transfer it within three working days. That is less comfortable for your cash flow, and it is the reason your guests reliably get their money back if you have to call the event off. For many clubs that is exactly the argument that makes selling tickets possible in the first place.

With your own Mollie account the money reaches you without a detour through us, in return you carry the chargebacks yourself. The fee is lower, and you need your own payment account including Mollie’s checks.

When the money arrives is up to Mollie, not feyer. For card payments on an established account it is quick. With bank transfer it takes until your guest actually transfers. And a freshly opened Mollie account goes through a review and pays out with a delay at first, in individual cases several weeks. If you are counting on the money, plan for that and check your Mollie dashboard for what applies to your account.
The route belongs to your account, not to an individual event. You can switch at any time, the switch then applies to events you create afterwards. Tickets already sold are settled the way they were when they were sold.

What does not cost extra

No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no minimum term. Wallet passes for Apple and Google, PDF tickets, the admission app for any number of devices, invoices, guest lists, waiting lists and the ticket shop itself are all included. What you see is the price.

Start bonus: your first 100 tickets without a feyer fee

When you create an organiser with your user account for the first time, the feyer fee is waived for its first 100 tickets sold. This applies once per user account and for 12 months from creating the organiser; any unused remainder then expires. The bonus only covers the feyer fee, payment processing applies as usual. If the remainder does not cover an order, the other tickets in that order are charged the normal fee. The bonus has no cash value and is not transferable; test accounts are excluded.
