What does feyer really cost?

€0 setup fee. feyer account: 2,5 % + 0,25 €, capped at 2,90 € per paid ticket. Your own Mollie account: 1,5 % + 0,25 €, capped at 1,90 €. Free events: free. Always. If you want, you can pass the fee on to the buyer, then feyer costs you exactly nothing.

When do I get my money?

That depends on the route you pick. With the feyer account we collect the money for you and hold it until after the event, after that we usually transfer it within three working days. With your own Mollie account every payment flows straight to you, when it arrives is up to Mollie, depending on the payment method and your account status.

Do I need a Mollie account, and how long does it take?

Only if you want the money to reach you without a detour. With the feyer account you need no payment account of your own and you are ready to sell in five minutes. Applying for your own Mollie account takes about 15 minutes, and you are usually approved within 1–2 working days, you can finish setting up your event in the meantime.

Does it work without online payment?

Yes. Your guests reserve and pay by bank transfer, feyer matches incoming payments automatically and delivers the tickets. This exists only with your own Mollie account, because the money goes straight to you: we deliberately do not run a trust account for other people’s transfers. Built for clubs.

What happens if I cancel an event or an order?

You cancel with one click. With the feyer account we refund straight from the money we hold, your guests get their money back without you having to front anything. With your own Mollie account the refund runs through your account. feyer writes the credit note automatically either way.

Does admission work without internet?

Yes. The scanner app runs in offline mode and syncs as soon as there is a signal again, in a basement or out in a field.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes, no asterisks. Hosting in Europe, a data processing agreement in German, and your ticket shops stay free of cookies and trackers.

Can I cancel at any time?

There is nothing to cancel, no setup fee, no contract. If you sell no event, you pay nothing.
